FCPA Compliance and Ethics Report 
Thanks Tom, I enjoyed this episode. I think Foley & Lardner certainly have the right idea with this compliance/risk tech solution. Large companies with huge capital can typically afford to put all the money into a robust compliance program complete with all the trimmings and in-house counsel and compliance officers to run it. SMEs may not have the same resources. While compliance efforts should always be owned by a company, a solution like David Simon described that is affordable is probably a huge relief. I am also a proponent of corporate compliance especially in Africa, where it just is not a major consideration for a lot of small to medium local companies who are in many cases expanding to international markets or partnering with multinationals.
